HISTORY

EUROKLAN Security Services based from Italy and in the Europian market since 1991. Initially it was founded in 2003 in Milan-Italia with the name Securitas. Securitas was established with a clear vision: to provide reliable, professional, and technologically advanced security solutions tailored to the evolving needs of Italian businesses and communities.

A former member of the elite Col Moschin Parachute Regiment of the Italian Army, Matteo combines military discipline with over 20 years of professional security experience across Europe. He specializes in executive protection, crisis management, and tactical operations, offering clients precision, reliability, and complete discretion.

Mr Marco CEO

With a career in the security sector that began in 1990, Marco has worked at every level of the industry — from operational leadership to executive protection and international risk management. He has accumulated over 25 years of worldwide experience, including five years in Dubai, where he managed high-profile projects and developed advanced security strategies across multiple regions. His global perspective and leadership form the foundation of Euroklan Security’s operations.

Mr Arvind Group Manager

Arvind Ragam partners with ultra-high-net-worth families and royal offices, providing discreet strategic guidance across security, protocol, and legacy-focused asset development. He is known for his private, high-trust approach- connecting capital to secure, pre-qualified opportunities while protecting family interests, influence, and long-term succession vision. His work is defined by three pillars: Discretion. Security. Enduring Legacy.

Mr Usman Security Manager

Based in Dubai, Usman brings 15 years of experience in the region’s demanding security sector. He holds a Security Manager Diploma and has extensive knowledge of regional compliance, site supervision, and team coordination. His local expertise and hands-on approach make him an essential part of Euroklan Security’s Middle East operations.

Mr Vikrant Admin Executive

Based in Dubai, Vikrant brings over 10 years of experience in the region’s fast-paced administrative and corporate environment. He holds a background in office management and executive coordination, with extensive expertise in scheduling, documentation, and organizational support. His strong administrative acumen, attention to detail, and hands-on approach make him an integral part of the company’s Middle East operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in day-to-day management.

Mr. Paolo Spataro is a distinguished founder and board member of Euroklan Security Services, bringing over three decades of invaluable experience in business development. An accomplished Italian Lawyer, he has been a pivotal presence in the UAE since 2001, specializing in contractual law and providing expert legal assistance within the security market. At Euroklan, Mr. Paolo Spataro is instrumental in strategic management and nurtures crucial institutional relationships, reinforcing the company's foundation with his deep expertise and visionary leadership.
